having workied as an inpatient neonatal intensive care therapist, specializing in feeding premature infants and infants with brain trauma as well as an inpatient pediatric and PICU speech/feeding therapist, I am acutely aware of various medical conditions that can of-set child's ability to eat. Additionally, I have worked in the outpatient realm, assisting children with trachs and complex feeding issues, including craniofacial abnormalities (e.g., cleft palate) with different types of feeding issues. The feeding issues I have worked with range from prematurity and work of breathing, to associated cardiac issues, to oral/anatomical issues, to sensory issues. No matter the issue, I will work diligently to help you child have happy, positive feeding experiences.
